I just wanted to say thanks to those who donated tickets from yesterday’s thread. There were lots of people willing to help out fellow Michigan fans, and with rainy weather it was emptier than usual. But I was fortunate enough to take my dad and siblings to the game and enjoy thanks to the awesome community on MGOBLOG. You guys rock and help make cheering for Michigan enjoyable with all your contributions to the site and support, thanks!

I’ve given and i’ve received, and yes it’s a great community. xm has given me football tix, Matt Demorest has given me basketball tix. I’ve given basketball and hockey tickets to random bloggers … Go Blue!

A shout-out to you also, 'scanner blue ' --- I've been the recipient a few times of your ticket generosity but most memorable of all was a few years ago when you got my granddaughter a Zamboni ride at Yost Ice Arena.

This blog has taught me so much more about football than I thought was possible. This site (and Maizenbrew) got me through multiple dark times as a fan (and I've blocked almost every other Michigan fan site). I am eternally grateful to Brian and the incredible staff and the mods for running the best sports site on the internet. You guys are the greatest.

Great stuff. Before Brandon and Hoke chased me away from renewing my tix which my family had for almost 40 yrs . I’d donate them on Facebook to families and or veterans who wanted them. Makes you feel good both ways.

I realized that the announced attendance figure was crap at the 95(?) Purdue game in far worse conditions of today’s game. There may have been 50-60k in attendance but they announced well over 100k.
I couldn’t feel my feet after the game until Wednesday. It was f’ng cold/wet with a slight 25mph out of the northwest(into my face) breeze with gust up to 40mph+.
