This is as creepy as Musberger’s bizarre foray into stream-of-consciousness announcing. Why do people think it’s okay to make public comments about the physical attributes of complete strangers?!? It’s the mindset that it’s okay to catcall or whistle at a woman walking on the sidewalk. She’s done nothing to deserve that kind of harassment. And yes it is harassment. Keep it to yourselves.

JJ could lead the country in stats, if they mattered. Jim, as the leader of this program, got everyone to buy into the team approach. Individual awards are nice, but the natty is better. I guess the talking points don't understand this approach and think selfishness is better than selflessness.

JJ might be deserving of being the first QB taken - however, it won’t happen.   Wilson has the Hollywood / USC hype.  JJ, last I checked, doesn’t paint his fingernails with messages directed at his opponent.  Caleb is all style, JJ is substance.

The Chicago Bears, will invest in another “can’t miss QB prospect”, and - it will be a train wreck - with Wilson.  Wait and see…

If I promised you that the winner of the national championship would be the fanbase that had the lowest ratio of the word "natty" to the phrase "national championship," would you stop using it? Please?

"Natty" is a word.  It is an adjective.  It means smartly attired.  It is more commonly seen in its adverbial form as "nattily," as in "he is nattily dressed."

If you prefer, it can be used to refer to a beer popular with college students, or, TIL, a Thai singer based out of South Korea.  What it is not is a national championship.

Too good to be a flashy media product? The team is too good for the individuals to get personal recognition? Hard pass. To the extent that’s accurate, it’s an indictment of the media and trophies. I didn’t make it past the first few remarks.

“Nice” is too complimentary for this sentiment. “Insipid” is more apropos.

I really think Harbaugh and this entire coaching staff have been taking the long view this season in terms of rotating players and clock management in order to keep guys healthy. Michigan is currently averaging 59.7 plays per game on offense, whereas Penn State is averaging 80.6. Meanwhile due to their suburb ability to get off the field, Michigan's defense is averaging 52.3 plays per game whereas OSU is averaging 65. In a year where we have so many veterans on both sides of the ball, I'm personally fine with forgoing a few in game reps if it means we get to the hardest part of the season with less wear and tear than our opponents. Let Frames Janklin and company worry about padding their stats and proving their toughness. We have bigger goals.
