Interesting timing…

That was my thought too

Seriously. Is it also late on a Friday?
The home slate is amazing but with new coach? Yowza

This was communicated back on December 30. All the new PSC pricing was in that communication but without the pictograph and row specifications for lower/middle/upper.

I love my seats so much. Upper end zone in the corner. Lowest PSC possible once again.

Same here, barely an increase at all for us (I'm in the upper north end zone). When taking into consideration that I spent more on trips to Indy and Houston (glad I did!) than what I spend annually on a pair of end zone season tickets plus tailgating on the golf course, I'm good with this.

This is their idea of a distraction from the Harbaugh news. Coach left, here is your increased seat cost, and don’t forget, National Championship!!!! I’ll still pay it…. Sad day but still love Michigan Football.

What are the odds seats open up? I tried to get tickets last year but couldn't. I *think* I'm on some sort of waiting list but I'm not even sure if they maintain one.

Make another small donation of $100 or $200 to move up the list and improve your chances.

I was debating buying baseball season tickets just for the sake of earning some points. I'm in the process of moving to Michigan for the winters (I'll remain in California the rest of the year) so the baseball tickets would be essentially useless to me but they're also cheap.

If you want to rent your Cali house in the winter let me know ;)

I've been really debating that actually. I've got some furniture I don't want to move out (University of Michigan shuffleboard table in the living room for example) which might actually be appealing to people here.

Why though?

Ha, same. I think I'm on a waiting list as well, but no way to confirm. I guess I can email the athletic dept

There's that classic Athletic Department tone-deafness. Money please!

Timing is...something.

Poor timing

Not really. They announced the price increases on December 30.
January 24th, 2024 at 8:25 PM ^
Well, $5 more per seat. Could have been worse. They got one year... want to see TX come to the Big House. After that, we'll see.

Soon we’ll be back to the Home and RR years where you’ll get free tix with the purchase of a coke. Thanks Warde.

Can someone explain how preferred seat contributions work? Next year will be my first as a season ticket holder.
January 25th, 2024 at 2:02 AM ^
Basically you pay your PSC per ticket (double it for a pair, for example), and add to the price of the season tickets.
January 25th, 2024 at 9:51 AM ^
Between ticket price increases and my new PSC, my season tickets are +9.8% next year. Of course, Texas, USC, Oregon, and MSU on the home schedule are nice. My guess is that selling the Texas tickets alone (I'll go...just a hypothetical here, though) would probably cover 75% of my total cost. Still, I have a few "membership" type things in our family budget and it seems like all of them are +10% this year, which stings when you add them all up.

I’m lucky and have club seats—but I can’t remember what PSC I paid last year and can’t find that info anywhere to know how bad I’m being screwed this year. Annoying.
