ND OC favorite to be Alabama's next OC

Alabama's OC left after one year to go be the OC for the Bills. If this is true, ND's coaching staff will be completely ravaged this offseason. They lost their DC Mike Elko to A&M, who in one year turned their defense from a dumpster fire to respectable. They have also already lost their OL coach to the Bears.

If I remember, Notre Dame offensive coordinators teach Brian Kelly's offense and they don't call plays. It's been awhile since I checked this but I thought that Brian Kelly was always the playcaller so changing coordinators isn't that big of a deal for them.

Thought he had tremendous knowledge of his particular offense and that is why he was able to take so many hits to qbs, rbs, you name it and he'd have a new one running it efficiently the next game. He was particularly skilled at this at the qb position. Recall one season he lost three men at Central, I believe, and knew the position and what was needed enough to realize one of his safeties was the best fit and started and won the next game.
