Didnt realize game was tbs till just now. Installed march madness app on xbox one. Its telling me free preview ended.. seems unlikely as I just installed.

if you really can't get the game i think any computer can go to ncaa.com or cbs.com and can watch the game for free - no subscription of any type needed.
