If MSU loses, they finish the B1G at 8-12. That isn't getting into the tournament without a good conference tourney run (won't happen)

I think this is a bigger game than what the seed ramifications show. Illinois was brutal letdown, important MSU TH, today, and next week gets our mojo back to set us up confidently for a tourney run.
