MGoFeed Twitter
Not sure if the person who runs that bot is still here but I realized that the two MGoFeed twitters have not been working since April 17.
Any chance of it getting fixed and coming back? I don't know if anyone else uses it but I loved it and it kept me from checking the website every hour for new posts
Just leave the website open in your browser!!
Word on the street is HUEL was given the task of improving MgoBlog's Twitter feed on April 16th.
Hi!
Figures... they make me want to HUEL!
I'm getting sick of you ragging on the people who literally saved our site. You're someone whom other users know, and your hammering on this all the time influences more people to start nitpicking things that mostly have zero to do with Human Element, and they pile on, and it cascades into a shit show for people who did for us what nobody else we tried could.
For the record I have no idea who runs those accounts or why they stopped feeding.
Well maybe if you were more transparent it would be different, but whatever. I'm sick of the site not working.
What site not working? MGoBlog works...it may not have all the features we want or certain limitations that we don't like. That twitter feed it's not clear even belongs to Brian & Co.
WHERE'S THE BEEF?
There is a reason " nobody else we tried could "... and that is because what was done should not be done, and no competent design team would agree to work in Drupal.
Human Element was an enabler that allowed MGoBlog to keep drinking the Drupal poison, when what was needed was a straight up 12 step away from Drupal.
This. I get there was a lot of traffic to the site, but there are far busier sites that don't utilize this build. I'm curious what the impact has been on traffic. From a purely observational perspective, there seems to be less traffic on the forums.
hey, you should bitch about this free website some more. 'cause that'd be new.
I absolutely loved it. Hoping it starts back up again.
Let me check with my Internet Research Agency folks.
What a disaster this Huel has done with mgoblog 3.0 . Someone should be getting shitcanned there..
@mgrowold: Exhibit A.
How could he do that? Go on a public internet forum and complain? The gall! The temerity! The audacious bodacity!
I actually used to keep an eye on that account to alert me to threads which potentially would end badly, so like a good 1/4 of the threads during any given week in non-OT season.
