Manny Mum on His Future
This is not meant as a rehash of all the mgobloggery discussing Manny Harris's future.
Instead, this is meant simply to show how, so far, Manny has shown a mature approach to discussing his future. From the thewolverine.com:
... he refused to talk about the possibility he'd forego his senior year to try to play professionally. ... "It would be wrong and selfish of me to talk about me after we just lost and had a disappointing season in general," Harris said. "I'm not going to even think about that part."Whether Manny's ultimate decision is to stay or go, at least for now, he's being responsible about not boxing himself in with loose talk, and that's a positive development.

If by some chance you read this blog, please come back next year. I think this team has a chance to be decent to good next year. Go Blue!

At least he won't pull a Donovan Warren and go back on what he said.

He probably needs another year to devolop, but I would understand if he wanted to leave. It's his call if he wants to develop for a year prior to the NBA or just jump in and develop on the go.

He is waiting until he is a little bit more emotionally balanced to make his decision. I'm guessing he is waiting to see where he is projected to be picked if he enters the draft and what his overseas options would be.
I hope, of course, that he stays, but he is mature enough to make his own decision.
And showing some class along the way. Good job Manny and thanks, whatever decision you do make will be the right one for you.
Please come back next year, this team needs you.
