Les Miles - "Nothing to see here" /s (Hill reinstated to team)
Good old Les Miles. This guy is a scumbag but since he's good - VERY good....he's baaaack. Jeremy Hill has been reinstated to the LSU football team. Key piece to note: "Miles stressed that Hill would face further punishment from coaches which will be handled internally, leaving open the possibility that Hill could be forced to sit out some games. However, Miles declined to specify how many games, if any, Hill may have to miss."

I am in no way supporting Miles or this desicion, but a high school senior dating a frshman happens everyday.

This wasn't dating, this was sexual assault. It's extremely disturbing when someone can get away with stuff like that repeatedly and not see any consequences, college football isn't heading in the wrong direction, it is already there in my opinion.

The story about the sexual charge is kind of weird. He was formally charged with "oral sexual battery" but then plead guilty to "carnal knowledge of a juvenile." What year is it, Louisiana?
Apparently it was bad enough for Hill to delay college for a year, and also bad enough for him to STILL be on probation when he punched the dude at the bar.

even want to know what Oral Sexual Battery is...but as a father of an almost 11-year old girl - I want to destroy guys like Hill.

A freshman probably went down on him. End of story

Violating probation incurred from statutory rape is not felonious in Louisiana? I'm not anything close to a lawyer, but talk about soft-pedaling.
And FOURTEEN? Even Mark Sanchez waits until they're at least close to the age of consent.

Les Miles as our coach. Keeping scum like Hill on the roster just sends the wrong message to the world IMO, not to mention the rest of the team.

True, but it also may be that Aaron Hernandez got away with murder a year earlier.

Thank god Miles isn't coaching here

Plain and simple, it's just a different set of rules down south.
Whoops, wrong school.
