Lamaar!
Just had a nasty play against Baltimore! Hit Flacco's arm causing an int but the best part was Woodley throwing Oher to the ground like a rag doll!
By the way, I cringe everytime they mention Oher, does that dude forever have to be announced with the blind side next to his name?

For someone who has his name in your forum name, I'm shocked you can't spell his first name correctly.

and I noticed that right after I sent it, damn me.....
More importantly, he just had a clutch sack and two plays later smoked Flacco to preserve the game. Best Michigan defensive player to watch each and every play in my opinion, Woodson aside.

Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go!!!
Speaking of UM players, Prescott Burgess just made a special teams tackle for Baltimore of the kickoff.

"Hey remember that kid in the Blind Side movie, Mike Orr?"
"Yeah, whatever happened to him?"
"Well, he's in the NFL now and he's really good!"
"Wow, who would have thunk it?"
I really hope his story doesn't continue to overshadow his talent.

or are you referring to Michael Oher? We seem to have name spelling confusion going on.

It's not like the movie came out five years ago -- it's still in theaters. It's a little early to be impatient.

but they will still bring it up every time 10 years from now, and it will be very annoying then.
December 27th, 2009 at 2:49 PM ^
Maybe you could just wait for the 10 years to be annoyed rather than getting annoyed about it now...

Since neither you nor I can predict the future, I'd rather wait 10 years to start complaining about 10 years from now.
Besides, it's already dying down. The commentators today have mentioned the movie only once (at the beginning of the game), and they've managed to mention him several times without mentioning the movie.

Also saw Ryan Mundy out there for the Steelers... on special teams I think.

seen a lot of playing time with the banged up secondary of the steelers. hasnt played too bad, either, although, against oakland (i believe) his man scored the game winning touchdown.

I'm still pissed at the Lions for passing him up at #20. Also, I have a feeling that if the Lions had taken him, many of us would see him as inspirational player instead of a mediocre player with Tebow-ian hype.

Lamaar Woodley just kicked some serious ass in that drive!

Jason Avant made an nifty catch for a TD against Denver earlier tonight.
