I'm honestly dumbfounded how much Poole has improved. His first step is unreal now, finishes really great around the basket, is very adequate on D, just his 3 point shooting is streaky.

More than anything, he's playing like he belongs and is the man. Looks like Steph lite out there sometimes

We’ve been watching as one of our grandkids (HUGE Jordan Poole/Steph Curry fan) is there tonight along with our SIL. Fun watching Luka Garza but sorry, Go Warriors and Jordan Poole!

I know this is a Jordan Poole thread but I want to give a shout-out to Cade Cunningham.

Watching him grow throughout his first month has been tremendous. The guy is going to be really good

Kind of, The Pistons still need a piece or 2, and I'll rather those pieces be elite talents  rather than back of lottery, late 1st round pieces.  Need them to lose this year while still playing hard and developing.  But next year, depenedent on Cade's development and the theoretical 2022 Lottery pick, I'll be right in the "This is our window" camp

Jordan Poole is officially and kindly putting the league on notice this year (and the end of last year).  There is no limit to his ceiling, I can say I’ve been wrong about him more than once.  He’s just faster, smoother and better every couple months and it’s something to take hold of.

Not to take away from Poole's trajectory/focus, but could you imagine if Caris Levert stayed healthy in the league. Michigan has been well represented (embarrassment of riches), but could be even more prestigious.

I hope Poole continues to elevate. It's great for him and reflects a-maize-ing on the maize and blue!

For those who argued with me about him being a 30% shooter from 3, he’s now at 29%. Just needs to cut down on the wild Steph like stuff and he’llbe fine.

Nothing I saw at Michigan led me to believe he would ever be this good, let alone in year 2 and leaving when he did.

I was wrong and I couldn’t be happier for the kid.

I’m just blown away at his progress.
