There once was a team from the Mitten,

Wolverines, fierce and never bitten,

They took on Huskies strong,

And sang the victors song,

While Washington cried like a kitten!

Corum slicing through

Stopping the Huskies passing

Penix too tiny

Purple and gold try

Valiantly but they still fail

Hail to the victors

The Washington team was amazing

All season their offense was blazing

They scored twenty two

On a Michigan crew

And only got beaten by eighteen

There once was a man on third base

Who had the most punchable face

And now he's still there

With his nasty, slicked hair

And he soon will resign in disgrace.

 

'Cuz he turned a kid in for a scheme

But suffered what he didn't dream:

That his own allegations

Would reveal violations

Much worse had been done by his team.

 

But when the time came to compete

He suffered a third straight defeat

Now he'll watch from his home. 

While we play in the dome

And show the whole world we're elite.

 

For despite this year's many tests

Our men never caved to the stress

And the championship game

Will prove more of the same:

That we truly are leaders and best. 

Regarding wins, we ask for one more 

That our foes have no clue what’s in store
