How or where to watch the Utah game (international)

Submitted by nmajali on

Dear Fans,

I live in Jordan and I have subscriptions with ESPNplayer and BTN2GO so that usually covers all the season's Michigan football games and bowls. I usually use firstrowsports (not the best feed) for everything that is not covered by those (NBC covers the Home ND games when those used to happen).

For the Utah game it seems that Fox Sports 1 is carrying the game and as an out of US resident I don't have access currently other than firstrowsports to the game feed which I prefer not to have as my main option if there is anything better online for this game.. anyone have any options even if its a paid feed. thanks.

Check out the World TV Plus app for iPad/iPhone. Its basically like an app-version of firstrow sports (i.e., very ad-heavy illegit streaming service). I was in a bind for the Mayweather/Pacquio fight and this app saved me. The quality of the streams seems better than firstrow. Can't speak to how much college football content they will have since I only became aware of it during the offseason but there have been lots of other American sports broadcasts on there. With the Utah game being the first game of the season and a prime time game there's a good chance they'll have it. Also, HARBAUGH.

FS1 will not stream internationally, even if you login with a cable subscriber's details.

I know slingbox is the most reliable solution, but like the OP said, ESPNplayer and BTN2GO gets me the rest of the games, so buying a slingbox for this game is not my favourite solution.

Any other ideas out there or is WorldTV or firstrow our best option?

Not exactly what this thread is about but I don't want to make a thread about my question either.. Who of you are in Indianapolis and where are you watching Thursday night? Still trying to figure out where to go

I cut the chord a couple years ago and have never missed a game i wanted to watch. I use navi-x more often for streaming sports and you'll need the vpn possibly to show a US IP address.

Somewhat OT, I will be in Urumqi for the UNLV game and Shenyang for BYU, wondering if there are any mgobloggers in those two cities or even nearby and what they recommend. I know that VPNs can really suck in China due to the Great Firewall, but I've never tried to stream a game over there.

Totally hijacking the thread topic, but does anyone have suggestions for watching the Oregon State game in Europe? I'm gonna be in Brussels, Belgium that weekend. Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated
