How much booing are we going to hear on Saturday if it gets ugly? Or....

subheader - "Over/under on Brian chucking a bottle at someone's head?" Now, let me be clear, I am not endorsing booing at a college game, and particularly not college kids. Coaches are ok, but it's kinda hard to tell the difference at the game, and standing on their lawn and booing is kinda stalker-ish... But I'm just gauging the likelihood, since it's probably going to get ugly in the game, how ugly it may get in the stands...

Everytime Pryor touches the ball...or Justin Boren gets mentioned by the announcer. I will not boo at Michigan players....ever, no matter how mad I get. I might punch my brother in the face, but I won't boo.

You won't hear much because if it starts, I am personally going to remove the vocal chords of each known boo'er. That should keep it down.

That makes it worth going to the game all by itself. I don't know what the percentage of boo'ers are, but it must be in the thousands, at least. Saturday, bloody, Saturday.

Unfortunately I think there will be quite a few people booing. There are a lot of people who want RR gone, as you know if you listen to radio shows. Even more unfortunate, the booing will make OSU feel at home. They boo almost every time Pryor throws an incompletion.

Hopefully it won't be every play like they it seemed Indy was doing last night. What is it with football, both NFL and college, playing the intro to Hell's Bells every 3.5 seconds? Is that the only song they know of?

I said this the other day, but there should not be a SINGLE "boo" flowing down from any Michigan supporters on Saturday. We have a young team and a lot of recruits there. Any booing would be absolutely shameful.

I will flip out. I'll end up being escorted out bc the seniors in no way should be boo'd there last game of college football.

And not just you, but everyone making bold statements...what are you really going to do to stop/challenge booing? That's why I brought up the bottle chuck. Saturday night, if the possible happens, are we going to see a lot of posts about what people did to other people booing? (Or Monday morning, after they post bail?). Because suggestions, positive or negative, could be constructive..or at least entertaining...

No booing, especially in front of the OSUholes, no matter what happens. I personally think Pryor is going to have an inverted 55 tatoo'ed to his chest that won't wash off, so when he looks in the mirror, he'll have nightmares.

Unfortunately, if it gets ugly, many if not most of the M fans there will boo and there's not much this little section of Maize and Blue fandom can do to stop that. However, this is The Game, and I doubt it'll be ugly this year, it'll probably be within a touchdown. As for the over/under on OSU fans, I suggest everyone go to the Michigan freshman Facebook group and tell everyone to stop trying to sell their tickets there, it's disgraceful.

I've thought objectively about The Game and I've decided that if we force Pryor into turnovers, we have a legitimate shot to win the game or at least make it close. The chances of forcing Pryor into turnovers is decent, and I think the team realizes how incredibly important this is to...just, everything. If our DBs take a few chances and try to jump passes, maybe we can force them into a more manageable-to-stop rushing game, but we'll see.

I can't imagine anything that would turn off a recruit more than hearing a home crowd booing its own team. Boobirds please, please have a shred of common sense and an ounce of class.

...against the suckeyes. When the suckeyes run out of that tunnel, they are going hear my BOOS and be victim to all my frustrations the entire game. I only wish we could bring back announcing the opposing team starting line-up for this game. I would be so jacked up for that.

So I've been doomed to watch most of this year's games at bars with crappy music playing in the background. Could someone please give a brief summary of any booing that has happened this season (which games, the context, magnitude, etc.).

The crowd has literally only booed once this year (against ourselves, that is), and it was against Purdue when it was fourth down in our own territory late in the fourth quarter, and we lined up to go for it, then the coaches changed their mind with ten seconds left on the play clock, causing a delay of game. The boos were moderate.

If the team gets BLOWN OUT, plays like CRAP, makes STUPID mistakes and plays with POOR enthusiasm, I will boo. If this team is going to play like total crap then they DESERVE to be boo'd. I will boo Rich Rodriguez, I will boo our players. After a 3 win and season, and now this. Why shouldn't I boo? I went to school here for four years, earned my degree, its my right. I'd boo these kids if they completely failed an exam or paper, why shouldn't I boo them if they play like crap. On the other hand, if this team does not win, but plays with heart and emotion, I will not boo. If I am satisfied with the product on the field I will not boo. Any of you who tries to stop me from booing if our team is playing HORRENDOUSLY, I will stick my foot up your ass until you realize that this is Michigan, we should be disappointed with the play and effort of this football.
