Not bad, but not great for someone looking for a roster spot.  Still, best of luck to him.

Good for him.  Hopefully he can land on a roster; he's got some potential as a backup RB.

Anyone who still holds a grudge against him is insanely petty.

I hate this narrative, because you never know what could have happened. He could have also broken a leg or torn an ACL and never played a down in the NFL ever. I don't think him playing against Florida or in the senior bowl has any bearing on him being drafted or not because he had an entire season of being the unquestioned starter on tape to show to teams. You may not be mad, but implying that his current position may be better because of a single decision shows some kind of position on this matter.

Ultimately, Higdon has landed with a team that needs a backup RB big time. He's in a great position and has all the opportunity to show that he's legit and can stick in the NFL.

Can we use the salve they put on players in the Senōr bowl that keeps them from getting broken legs? That would help getting more players in our bowl games.

Somewhere this season there will be a possible future NFL player playing on a 0-5 Rutger or Kansas or Vanderbilt. They will still be playing in meaningful games but our bowl will be meaningless.

I want to see the kid succeed. I’m still bummed about his decisions late last year but the fun and memories he provided us, when we were there in The Big House, start to outweigh those decisions.

Can’t forget that big run early in the Nebraska game last fall. We cheered and cheered, jumping up and down fist pumping, “Hail, Hail” with the M band afterwards. Good times.

Hoping you fare well Higdon.

Pretty good stats.  He will probably make somebody's roster.  He is like a less talented version of Frank Gore and Emmitt Smith, but certainly NFL caliber.

If there’s anyone who deserves it it’s Higdon. Guy stayed his senior year to get his degree and a thousand yards to make a better life for his little girl, rock on!

I checked out the Texans subreddit and it appears he was getting a fair amount of hype from people.  Looks like he’s in a pretty good position to make the roster as their 3rd RB behind Miller and Johnson

I hope Michigan gets a big time running back soon that gets taken in the 1st round. Maybe Charbonnet?
