Harbaugh needs to take the headset off
Let Gattis call the plays. If Gattis fails after this year then move on from him. But let Gattis make his own mistakes and adjust or move on from him, but this frickin play calling by committee has to stop.
I thought Harbaugh understood offense, but instead he has the Oline, WRs, RBs and QB looking to sidelines as the clock is running down on what to do? Seriously? Does Harbaugh not understand letting our offense get into a rhythm? What has happened to him?
And anyone who thinks that Harbaugh isn't still involved in play calling is fooling themselves.
If you believe that than go ahead and believe that...
1 Harbaugh has turned over the play calling to Gattis
2 DCaff and Shea were neck and neck coming out of offseason.
3 We are going to attack downfield with our NFL ready WRs Black, DPJ and Collins.
Either take the damn headset off or have someone cut that damn mic off your headset.

Gattis isn't calling this offense alone. How can you not run a hurry up offense? By letting more than one person make a decision on a play call. It was confirmed to me that Harbaugh did not let go of that offense when they couldn't get a play off in time after the Ronnie Bell pass that got down to the 4 yard line. Harbaugh didn't like the call, and Shea was waiting for a play and they called TO. Next thing you know, Ben Mason trots into the game. Mason fumbles, and Harbaugh lost the team, because they all know what just happened.

Headset talk.... I see, its like we are going in reverse order now, Hoke wouldn't put on the headset, whereas Harbaugh wouldn't take it off....Really, our problem isn't with our coaches. Its with our Headsets... People just can't figure out when to take them off and when to put them on!!! And why can't we have cordless headsets! Its the freaking 21st Century! Whats up with that! I think we all understand what your driving at from a time constraint angle, but if he is still involved in the play calling, and we take an extra 3 seconds to get a play in, that is the least of our issues.
