Harbaugh clock management

I get not wanting to give Alabama the ball back but you still have to go down the field and try to get a touchdown when you have over 2 minutes left. Way too many runs and staning around watching the clock bleed. We are lucky that Nordin hit a very long field goal.

It worked.  We bitch about everything!  IF he took the TO and then Shea was sacked, everyone would bitch!

UM is more physical at this point !  We've outcoached and outplayed them?   Never happy!

I think the point is that we shouldnt have been in that situation in the first place. Whether you take a timeout with 19 seconds left or not is a moot point. We got lucky that a player made a play in a low probability event with a nearly 60 yard field goal. If we throw downfield on 1st and 2nd down, then we wouldve had a better chance at a td and a shorter field goal.

Seriously, shut the fuck up. I am being nice saying that. He knows what the team is. You, you can go and shut the fuck up. Be a coach one day or better yet, go back to your inbred blog you come from. Then, shut the fuck up. Go Blue baby! This has been a great first half.

Additionally, we have stopped on all of their drives besides 2 and one of them was ref aided. Im not really concerned with giving bama the ball back with 40 seconds left when the reward of getting a td is there instead of settling for a long fg.

TBH, the way Bama scored on the previous drive, I would've taken a 14-13 deficit as opposed to going 3 and out and giving them a shot to extend the lead before half + Bama getting the ball to start the second half.

Jim Harbaugh has always sucked at clock management.  This goes back to his days at Stanford and SF.  Just watch that Super Bowl for more evidence of this.  I've followed him all the way through his career and Clock Management and Game Management is average to poor at best.

His strength is in pre game prep but he loses it during the game.

He also has been apparently neutered.  Watching 67 year old Saban go Crazy on his guys and his guys respond by playing harder...then seeing passive Jim over on the sidelines silent behind his shades makes me wonder if his fire is gone.
