I get a kick out of all the Brady haters. Whiners. I hope he wins another one this coming season.
There are a lot of TB haters out there but I actually think it's more pointed at their hate for Belichick and the Patriots. For the most part, most fans agree that TB is a class act - even our college rivals. But there are always going to be haters and of course they're always going to find excuses to hate TB.
This. We can enjoy Tom Brady's success while also acknowledging that the Pats are one of the most unlikeable, maybe even detestable franchises in professional sports.
I love the Patriots. Not unlikeable. Not detestable at all. But we've all seen how sustained excellence creates tons of haters, that's for sure. If you research all of their so-called cheating escapades, you'll find they were hollow. The best was when Tom Brady stuck it in Goodell's face after "deflategate" with a Super Bowl win. But I guess if you find 78-year old billionaire widowers paying someone to jerk them off morally offensive, then you have your reason to hate.
For UM fans and alums from the state of Michigan, thank God the Patriots have been around to fill the void that the Lions and even our own beloved Wolverines have created over the past two decades.
That said, when Brady retires I'll probably go back to watching the Lions comedy hour or nothing at all.
Most of the hate is probably directed towards Belichek and Kraft (especially Kraft, these days), I'm sure there are still plenty of Brady haters out there.
-Won as many Super Bowls, or more, as every franchise has individually throughout its history.
-Married to someone who many see as one of the most beautiful women on the planet.
-Has more money than he could spend in ten lifetimes
-Already plays for a city/region of America that is notorious for having overly arrogant, often obnoxious fans who like to remind you how much better their team is than your's.

Love me some Tom Brady, though. His finger trophies don't come close to his trophy wife, however. In fact, he may just be her trophy husband.

I know this has been covered, but has anyone ever had a run like Tom Brady and the Patriots? Nine superbowls in 18 years as a starter with a 6-3 record. (and he was hurt and not playing at least one of those years.)

Not in football. You have to go to other sports, maybe Bill Russell’s Celtics, or Yogi Berra’s Yankees. But that was all pre-free agency. To do what the Patriots have done, in the free agency/salary cap era, is truly remarkable

Tom Brady is one of the greatest football players in NFL history. But I haven't found him particularly compelling a person off the field, which is fine. But to act like everyone who seemingly disagrees with his deification as a "hater" is also stupid.
The evolution of Super Bowl Rings is simply astounding.
Wow! I never understood why Brady has so many haters. He is a great guy, and one of the biggest winners of all time. He absolutely maximizes his own talent and inspires his teammates to do the same.

You hit the key word - jealousy. If you look back at some of the most hated sports figures and teams of all-time almost everyone of them had huge success and championships. Just the way it is and always will be.

Just watched a YouTube video of Rob Parker claiming that it was over for Tom Brady and that he would never win another Superbowl this was 2012 he then doubled down a few years later and then again and again and just like Rob Parker is known for he continues to be wrong
