So they missed the tag on Hunter going back to first on the sacrifice fly by Cabrera in the 2nd, but I thought the first baseman was on the bag, so Hunter should have been doubled off as he left first before the outfielder caught the ball.  Am I missing something?

Doug Fister had been throwing strikes at about a 70% clip - not a bad performance at all really. After six innings, 106 pitches if I counted right, and 73 of them have been strikes. Considering the 4.4 ratio of SO/BB and his season averages of strikeouts (6.9) and walks per nine innings (1.6), we (now have seen, as Rondon came in) another pretty good Fister performance here.

Fister consistently throws a high percentage of strikes which is impressive considering he will throw off-speed in any situation. I also appreciate his pitch pace. The man is the anti-Valverde in that it takes him about 10 seconds between pitches. Plus, it looks like Rondon is having an impressive outing. I believe the kid will be just fine once he seasons that slider up a bit. Now, if we only had some more speed on the base paths.
