When will SMU not be terrible? What will it take? Seriously... the "death penalty" was decades ago and they have tons of talent to recruit in their back yard. Does anyone have a hot take on this?

So, I've been playing Black Ops 3 and.....just.....fuck it. I CANNOT STAND THE BLOODY THRUST MOVEMENTS. It just ruins any sense of skill in this game. They turned this into Halo with all the jumping and it's fucking ridiculous. I really hope next year's game returns to realism because this one and Advanced Warfare are fucking rubbish. The exo suits (AW) and thrust movement (BO3) are a fucking joke.

I'm just frustrated is all. I tried AW on Xbox One, but the damned exo suits ruined it for me. There is a mode in that game that doesn't have exo suits, but in that section, there is no domination, which is all I like to play. So, I was done with AW after they did that. I was hoping BO3 would have a similar more (one that took away the thrust movement), but Treyarch said they won't do that. I just prefer boots on the ground mode. Even if the next game goes back to WW2 or something, I'm fine with it. Just take away this advanced movement system because it sucks. Now I just have to go back to BO2 on 360, which is fine because it's my favorite one, but I was hoping BO3 would finally be my game to play multiplayer on the Xbox One, but that ain't going to happen now.
