Forcier
I just looked at the photos posted on qbforce.com of the Forcier visit to the Big House. (http://www.qbforce.com/tate/pics/commit/vc_page1.htm). I don't know if its the way the pics were taken, but he looks really skinny, especially his arms. How does he have the arm strength to throw downfield?? If Forcier really is as good as he is hyped to be now, it will be interesting to see what happens after the Barwis effect kicks in.

He doesn't have Henne's huge triceps, but if you remember, Mallet didn't either.
Arm bulk means less than you think. Proper release and control are much more important than a huge bulky arm.

Guys like Verlander and Pedro Martinez have (or in their prime - had) strong arms without have bulky builds. Its mechanics and core body strength more than arms size.
Additionally, the belief among baseball players during the steroid era was that arm strength as defined by the ability throw a ball at a high velocity is negatively impacted by steroid use. The belief was that additional muscle mass reduces flexibility and limits "arm strength".

OMG Tate Forcier looks ambiguously thin in a photograph?!?! Let's speculate over his arm strength!
You might want to remember that Beaver currently is listed at like 190, your concern should be directed at him.

Well, duh. If he did, said triceps would be adorned by mysterious Tiger tattoos.
