FloSoftball video on Hutch

To honor female athletes and coaches for Women's History Month, FloSports presents Hutch. Embarking on her 38th season as Michigan’s head softball coach, Carol Hutchins has more wins than any other coach in the history of Michigan Athletics. This season, she broke the All-Time NCAA record for most wins by a softball head coach in any division. Hutch was a pioneer in women’s athletics before she was even a coach. As a student-athlete at Michigan State, she filed a lawsuit against the university to improve conditions and treatment of female athletes. Watch the story behind her revolutionary rise to becoming a powerful advocate for women in sports.

Really good video on Hutch and her history.

My favorite line is her coaching the team telling them "Sometimes Umps make bad calls...and that's okay, because I'll yell at em."

I love Hutch.  We are so lucky to have her.

"We're here to make our sport better, and to make our people better."

What a great video. Thank you for posting.

I knew she was a great coach and suspected she was an advocate for her team, her sports, her players, but didn't know she was great at that too.

A trailblazer who helps others. Wonderful.

That’s a great video. Thanks for sharing. Hutch is amazing.

The story she tells at the beginning about the asshole basketball coach has to be about Bobby Knight.

@BoFan: yeah that's gotta be Bobby Knight, 100% fits Knight's attitude.

Great video about a truly great coach, thanks for posting it, 'Wolverine in Iowa 68'!
