It doesn't surprise me in the least that Mitch likes M&M's primarily because of his initials...

I liked how Rothstein approached the Beilein piece really, highlighting how Saturday is 35 seasons of coaching coming to a head in a sense for John Beilein. He has said on numerous occasions that Michigan was his last stop, that this would be the last opportunity to "get it right", as he put it once, if I recall. Now, he's taken this team to a place it has not been in 20 years, and indeed, as a coach, a place he has never been before. Already, in a way, he has gotten it right and sits two wins away from getting it all. If it happens, that is awesome zenith for a career which includes, at one point, driving one of the team vans as well as being the head coach.

When he was at A2 dot com, it was obvious that Rothstein was a basketball guy.  I'm not surprised to see him putting out quality work here. Sometimes, I have the feeling he would be happy being an assistant coach whose job is to watch and edit tape for 12 hours a day.

why making it to the Final Four is so great for fans and recruits alike.  So many articles, fluff pieces, roster breakdowns, etc are being written.  I love the attention our program is receiving after all that its been through.  And for us office job guys, I'll apologize to your employers on your behalf for wasting company time by reading everything little thing written about this team, and posting on the blog (note, my apologies will do nothing for you, so read at your own risk).  Go Blue.
