Eddie McDoom in a Walking Boot
This is probably the aftermath of his injury from the spring game. Could be nothing. Could be serious.

I get that Schembechler isn't the easiest name to spell, but how does one leave the first H out of it?

I talked to him after the game when he was walking out and he said he'd be fine. Said he would have the boot off Sunday but it was just a precaution for now. Seemed in good spirits about it.
They do a great job of insuring you cannot re-injure/injure it worse while it heals, can be helpful for even a really really minor injury so that the downtime is minimized, or rather the risk of extended downtime is greatly reduced/eliminated.
I'm not a doctor but have horrible ankles giving me too much experience,
