Nice! I hope Sam’s jejunum starts talking to him soon.
don't skip the duodenum.
You must not know about his G-J tube
Great to feel the balls coming alive! Warriner has earned our trust
And he has earned being spelled correctly.
War Inner
Warrener?
No, Chalky - Waraner.
War inner ear.

War + Winner = Warinner
I think we should start omitting anything negative and just post the good stuff.
Go Blue Drew!
I think we found who started the damn participation trophy movement.
Actually I think it was someone who owned a trophy manufacturing factory
I remember graduating from college on the track to stardom. Then it all fell apart when I got a trophy for minimal effort. Next thing I knew I started multiple usernames and posted contradictory statements on sports blogs everywhere. Damn trophies...
When it comes to recruiting if it’s OL and has Warriner’s stamp, I’m all in
It's honestly so refreshing to feel like the OL is stable again. We were in the wilderness from like 2007 to sometime in the Harbaugh era
This would make four 4 star OL
Let's just be more talented Wisconsin
Wait, if Davidkov trending to Iowa is cause for gnashing of teeth, this means the program is saved.
OL is gonna be just fine as long as Warriner is here.
No, it means that every decent program already passed on this bum. #Maizened
may be that the other kid is headed to iowa precisely because we are having an excellent O-line haul and he knew this commit was coming down the pike. many recruits keep in contact and it wouldn't be a surprise that they'd told each other where they were going and made decisions accordingly.
Other way around.
Michigan wanted Davidkov way more. He is already close to 300 & can play both OG & OT. Kendall trending to UM is the result of Davidkov committing.
I don't think Michigan would turn down the commitment from both; they are effectively ranked in the same area and some of UM's best linemen didn't come in at their playing weight.
College coaches don’t care about ranks, trust me. Michigan is still recruiting over Crippen who is ranked high.
College coaches look at size, footwork, & technique. Kendall is 6’4 and 255 as an interior OL & doesn’t really have a large frame to add 60 lbs for OG. Davidkov is 6’6 & already 300 lbs & moves as well as Kendall. That’s what the coaches look at.
Fans get wrapped up in things coaches don’t.
What level are you a coach at?
Just wondering what insight you have on the process. What are college coaches looking at especially with no likely camp season this year. Extra film? How has your staff process changed so far this year?
I played at what is called a G5 program today. Then was in the military. Then returned back to the area for post grad. About the last 5 years I’ve helped schools & players in my area connect. Mostly in the MIC area, which produced players like Cam McGrone & Brandon Peters for UM recently. So obviously I deal with B1G schools, ND, MAC & service academies.
This year coaches are looking at film a lot more than usual because they aren’t having junior days or camps. It is hard for them to growth or measurables in person. If a kid grows two inches, or puts on 15 lbs of fat or muscle, etc., the coaches can’t see it.
I don't think they're recruiting over Crippen; they're likely just going to see who comes out of the scrum with Anderson at Center and then you have a pretty good guard in the other guy. And having lived through the RR/Hoke eras, you can never have enough linemen.
I don't know if they see Kendall as a tackle, but my point is that they'd take both guys. With Davidkov off the board my guess is they'll push harder for Kendall and Spindler. This may say more about UM's feelings about the latter.
Your last sentence is not true.

Except they could have taken both. Davidkov for tackle and Kendall for guard.
How would you know? Hey coach Warriner could you please quit moonlighting in here!!!
I actually know him going back 20 years to when he coached at another program...(notice the AF in my name).
Does Dudek still do his Ralphy gimmick? Haven’t seen anyone mention it the last few commits.
Hopefully he got rid of that stupid thing and is working on how to improve the general flow of recruiting.
You know what your problem is? You're too fun and you don't take things seriously enough.
How can you hate Ralphie? He's adorable and apropos to recruiting!

I dont know who this Ralphie you are talking about is, but Ralph Wiggum is a fun character
Davidkov committed to Iowa which likely means Benny is coming to AA
Friedman? I hear he's a helluva QB, even throws the football sometimes!
Nah, pretty sure it's The Jet Rodriguez.
Benny Hill?
Davidkov committed to Iowa which likely means Benny is coming to AA
Benny is being recruited as a DT, no? It seems like we're in solid shape with and/or have commitments from a lot of interior offensive lineman. I'd like to see another Tackle in the class.
He’s a 255 lbs interior OL.He is going to need to put on 50 lbs.
This came down to BC & Michigan.
From what I’ve heard those were the two biggest programs pushing for him.
Michigan wanted Davidkov more at 295 & can play both OG & OT.
Are you saying he’s only a take now since the staff missed on Davidkov? Kendall’s offer list looks more like a mid 3 star instead of a top 100 recruit, but who knows. Maybe Davidkov wanted to commit to UM but the staff wouldn’t let him because of the interest in Kendall? I don’t know...just throwing it out there as a possibility.
I believe he and Stanford had high mutual interest as well. High academic kid. I think PSU wanted him too. Michigan probably had Davidkov higher on the board, but that doesn’t mean this guy isn’t a top target. David is an OT recruit (greater need) and Kendall is interior all the way.
So, we are looking at a line of El-Hadi, Anderson, Crippen, Kendall and Benny? Outside shot at Dellinger and Spindler or is one or more of these slotted for the dl?
Benny is a DT

Michigan looking at Spindler on the oline or dline? That would make landing Dellinger and Kendall pretty important.
