I remember him. NO WAY would I have ever bet on him playing a minute in the NBA. It's tempting to say that Tommy A. was *really* bad at player development.

just flat out sucked when came to his players getting better while at michigan. hell courtney simms was the NBDL MVP last year. and never played like a 6-11 guy at michigan. and now chris hunter was a nbdl all star, and i believe petway is putting up decent numbers. now granted the nbdl isn't the best league in the world but it has to have better talent then what they went up against in college. i'm so glad that amaker is gone, cause i don't want to even think about what kind of players deshawn and manny would be with his coaching....

Its funny how after leaving Michigan a number of Amaker's players are finally reaching their potential. I'm really happy for them, and it further enforces my belief in Beilein's abilities as a teacher as well as an Xs and Os guy, because you can see the evolution of our players as they get better.
