Don’t mess with space Jesus

That is easily one of the greatest news stories I have ever read
September 6th, 2020 at 9:18 PM ^
The article ends with "Police said they confiscated over $10,000 in cash, five crack pipes and a baby alligator."
And this is easily the least interesting sentence in the entire story.

It’s located at Abbott Park and even that is mostly AbbVie buildings.
Disclaimer: worked there as my first job out of Michigan undergrad

Dude, did Theponyconquerer hack your account because this is jibberish?
What's the point to this post other than the spinny head? There are a multitude of AB manufacturing facilities including one down the street from me.

I wonder if dear leader may just use some of his media acquaintances to get Abbot on the record if they’ve worked with a distributor (because they wouldn’t sell to the B1G directly, bad optics, EM departments/nursing homes, etc first) to line tests...like the PAC12 did, even if the PAC12 isn’t using 15 min tests. These same media contacts are also leaked info by Regents from time to time - well, sometimes these relationships work both ways. A regent could push Schlissel into providing an actual plan with milestones.
But yeah, it just so happens a $185 billion dollar market cap life sciences company is in the back yard of your regional sports office, weird!
but nah man, everything is a black box that you can only getting meaningless FOIA responses from. No football this year for you, go back to your cage.

Sadly no, I didn't hijack anything.

Gurnee is a dump, though I think they have a Six Flags.

It's no Walley World

Gurnee is fine; Waukegan is the dump. Though town lines in all Chicago burbs are quite fuzzy..

Speaking of an "Abbott," this past Thursday was the 27 year anniversary of Jim Abbott's no hitter with the Yankees.
September 6th, 2020 at 7:06 PM ^
+1 for actual Michigan-related info

You’ll get no football and like it.
September 6th, 2020 at 7:30 PM ^
And I was hoping this was about the anniversary of Jim Abbott's no-hitter.
DISCUSS!
edit: now I see that "Harbaugh's left..." beat me to it.

Abbott is producing 1,000,000 tests in October. The power 5 could easily use half of those by themselves. Do we expect that Abbott made the announcement with intention of using half or more just on college football while frontline/first responders etc fend for themselves?
without more understanding I’m underwhelmed with the impact that would reach college football from Abbott’s plan.

You should file a TCR then (https://www.sec.gov/tcr), because this says otherwise - https://abbott.mediaroom.com/2020-08-26-Abbotts-Fast-5-15-Minute-Easy-to-Use-COVID-19-Antigen-Test-Receives-FDA-Emergency-Use-Authorization-Mobile-App-Displays-Test-Results-to-Help-Our-Return-to-Daily-Life-Ramping-Production-to-50-Million-Tests-a-Month

Nice link. 50 million per month by October, enough to satisfy the testing mafia

Test in morning, play in afternoon. sounds good

It's always a challenge to figure out what an office knows.

Never expected my hometown (Lake Bluff) to ever get mentioned on this board, and never expected to be this confused about its relevance. Don’t they manufacture tests in places other than Gurnee?
