I read every thread. I never comment on ones I don’t care for. But I really really really dislike mgrowold and don’t really care about the Browns on a Michigan website. Mostly just don’t care for mgrowold though.

Sorry for ruining your thread. I’m happy for the Browns and Baker especially. I think he’s a legit talent and gets a lot of bad rep for a guy who just got them to the playoffs in a long, long time.

Definitely doesn’t live in my head rent free. Just willing to call someone out every chance I get, especially on a thread created just for him. I don’t hate him, but I also can see how arrogant of a person he is. He thinks he is a gift to the world, which is fine. Just not my cup of tea. And who said I am a fan of Michigan pro sports? This has nothing to do with that.
Also it’s funny that people here clearly have no idea what has went down with mgrowold and the crappy things he has said in the past. And are just willing to defend him without having any idea why I would be saying what I am saying. Again I have been here a long time as well. I was a reader from the 3rd week this blog was created. Mgrowold slowly but surely grew old and tired to me. Nasty, arrogant attitude about life.

MJ, mgrow is an OG around these parts and a very good dude. and since most of us are lions fans, the browns are pretty much the closest metric we have in the NFL - brother from another mother. the lions still win the clown crown of the NFL (and pro sports, for that matter), but the browns and their fans bear many similarities. i have been pulling for them this season and will in the playoffs.

X- I used to be alright with mgrowold, but as the years go on he humble brags more and more to the point that he wants all of the attention and here we are giving it to him for a team from Ohio. I promise you if the Lions make the playoffs no OSU blog is going to have anything to say about it. Whatever, I am just not an mgrowold fan. I dislike arrogant people, I’ll leave it civilly at that.

you are certainly entitled to your opinion and you could take his posting in a different way. i have had the privilege of personal contact with him and when i see his posts about most everything, they reflect either an appropriate humblebrag (folks like me asking him to post pics of his GTO in a 'talking cars' thread), or self deprecating humor. i'll just suggest that if you met him you might have a different opinion.

Fair enough X. I appreciate your judgement and can respect it. I’m a fan of yours by the way. I just don’t think I’ll ever try to make an effort to meet him in person. So I guess I’ll never know. Especially since he talks about not tailgating anymore, not giving UM his money, cancelling season tickets. Probably never get a chance to anyways.

We all know and love MGrowOld as a great contributor. Unfortunately, he is also a Browns fan which as a UM fan in Ohio I can completely sympathize. He's a fan of a team that hasn't been any good since Steve Everitt played there and Michigan was perennially beating the Buckeyes. That's a generational drought. I would also like to congratulate MGrowOld and his team.
