yeah, they got excited at weird times and ignored big plays. It was like they weren't really paying attention at times.

notre dame fair catches a kick-off
"What a great kick return for Notre Dame, the sheer skill of the Irish is just incredible!"
I wish Keith Olbermann covered NBC Sports.

The only thing I remember was a commentator saying "And there's the fag" instead of "flag."

I think it would be pretty obvious to any neutral observer that Michigan gave ND that game. But, according to NBC I believe the "Return to Glory" started today.

i just loved how they were getting all into special teams tackles and highlighting special teams players. specially that one dude who got a scholarship as a former walk on. apparantly he is the new rudy

That guy did have an absolutely dominant game.

I think Hammond and crew actually get paid per positive ND comment.
The thing that was really bothering me was when they were saying that ND was "creating" turnovers. They stripped Grady. The other 5, including the picks, were completely UM players fault.
Oh, and she said "They played with wet balls". Classic.

The wet balls thing was pretty damn funny. I mean the way the female commentator delivered the message added some effect to it. "They've been preparing for this, they practiced with wet balls!"

That's what she said

I didn't notice the bad commentary because I was too busy making "wet balls" jokes all game.

Don't forget it is the Notre Dame Broadcast Company.

next time i'm just going to turn the tv volume down and listen to Brandstatter on the radio. if i'm going to listen to biased commentating it may as well be in UM's favor
