It's a real shame that he was ousted simply because OSU sold its soul to the devil to hire a cheating Tressel, who completely turned the rivalry in favor of the buckeyes. Carr will always have his supporters, but he had far too many critics. At least that guy won some big games and titles.

People need to get over that loss. App State was a good team and had several playera with NFL talent. It wasn't as bad of a loss in retrospect. Especially since good FCS teams seem to get an upset win vs Power five teams just about every year.

I know a few players on that team. They told me that Michigan didn't really take them seriously until halftime which is a huge indictment on the coaching staff.
