I seriously hope Michigan comes out and plays hungry, I mean plum mad dog mean. I want them to play the full 60mins with a take no prisoners attitude.

Last year's slogan was "All in for Michigan". I've been wondering what this year's would be? "Chip on our shoulders" doesn't really work, but it should be something to that tune, but more eloquently expressed. As long as it isn't anything ND-esque (e.g. "Return to Glory (Part I...)"

Given the onslaught, I wondered if the marketing genies felt like this past year might be a trial. Certainly it rang enough of a bell with RR that he advocated for the slogan. He certainly benefited from it post the Practice Gate hoopla.

I really liked that article- I liked what Rich Rodriguez had to say about that ever-nebulous concept of a "Michigan Man." I really want to see him succeed. Hell, we all do. I, for one, think that the difficulties of the last two years have made us all understand and appreciate the success of our program much more, and, for me, it will make everything taste that much sweeter when we get things on the right track again.

Tough times make you that much more passionate. WHEN Rich Rod turns this around we will all appreciate it because we have all experienced these last couple of years. I remember being pissed off during that latter LC years and thinking of how bad we were. You don't realize how good an 8 or 9 win season is until something like this happens. I can't wait until this season starts because I think these kids are going to be Thanksgiving Hungry and they are going to shock some people. Go Rich Rod and Go Blue!
