Channing Stribling Senior Highlights
I saw that Tom VanHaaren had posted these via twitter and thought that everyone might appreciate seeing them. Stribling looks like a really great athlete and definitely flashes a lot of greatness. In his reel are several leaping interceptions, a couple a return TDs, a few catches and rushes, and even a Woodson-esque strip and recovery when he had been beaten for a reception.

How is this kid not at least a 3* on rivals yet?

He was caught from behind on 2-3 occasions. Of course, the other player could be insanely fast, but I doubt it.

Ah, OK. What are we recruiting him to play? SS or CB?

Corner.

J.T. Floyd isn't fast, either, and he's turned into a perennial starter, albeit a mediocre one.

...where is he taking visits?!?!1?

I'm telling you, an absolute steal for Michigan would be 3* ATH Demetrius Stinson out of Douglass in Detroit. He played RB and is a monster. Only reason that team made the playoffs.
He's 5-11/203 and an offer from toledo.

He plays safety on defense and told me he hasn't heard much from Michigan in a while, but he is one of those guys that Michigan could start recruiting the night of National Signing Day and still land him.

I will take note of that Mr. Stinson.

Everyone knows about the talent Detroit, and yet he still doesn't have many offers...
Stinson is small-ish and doesn't have a ton of speed. He puts up good numbers, yeah, but he's not an elite running back. Michigan needs elite running backs, not a steady stream of mediocre guys like we've had for the last several years.

Think it is around the 5:15 mark. Punter for the team wearing green. Looked like a decent leg, and he actually tackled well for a kicker. Hagerup only has a year left, so....

Matt Wile is the backup punter...just sayin.

right behind him... We're set there.

You can tell a person is new when they refer to Tom VH by his full name.

That probably means they never saw this either:

Well my first post was on 5/7/11 so I have been here a while and names are just a respect thing for me so I put his whole name. The only reason my points are lower is because I don't post every time I have a snide remark.

"The only reason my points are lower is because I don't post every time I have a snide remark."
You should try it. All the cool kids are doing it.

I'm gonna give a go!!! I think it's working I have two more points now than I did at the start of this thread.

The really cool kids get in a quick snide comment at the top of the thread. I'm a loser, my snide comments are usually 3-4 pages deep and nobody reads them. :(

location, location, location?

Stribling will play next year...
I don't think Richardson and Hollowell are bad... but, from a size standpoint, they really don't match up to STRIBZ

Stribling is tall but rail thin. He's definitely going to need a redshirt year to bulk up.
