Beilein's Performance Against Seed Expectations
http://bracketscience.com/articles/_navTop10.asp?i=1
This may have been posted in the past, but not recently. Beilein has the second best performance against seed expectations (PASE), and Tom Izzo obviously first, among active NCAA coaches.
Jay Bilas just said his system doesn't work in the tournament.
The defensive 1-3-1 system that JB runs in Bilas' dreams but not in real life?
Jay Bilas knows basketball.
He knows that Michigan would be a Final Four team this year if only it had kept Amaker.
I will be studying that site religiously the next few days......
FWIW Bruce Pearl is also above average though likely due to time with UWM when getting a 14 seed Horizon League auto-bid meant that winning one or two games looked impressive compared to seed. Coach K is really high, which actually surprises me because it seems Duke has often underachieved but
I will be at work during the game and will DVR it. Is it even remotely possible that I can make it home and watch the entire game without spoiling it?
How much do your coworkers like basketball?
Unless you turn off your phone, don't check your e-mail, don't turn on a radio or tv, and wear a sign around your neck indicating that people should not talk to you about any NCAA results.
In which case... still no.
Bilas already hated Michigan before Jalen's "Uncle Toms" comment came out. Jalen's softened comment that Duke doesn't go out of its way to recruit poor, inner-city kids was extremely savvy. He gave a "non-apology" that made him look a lot better and got his point across.
I would expect Bilas to be even more biased (Bilased?) against Michigan than he already was.
Bilas is arrogant, pretentious, he's pissed that Michigan fired his pal Tommy, and he doesn't know anything about our program.
"he must be stopped"
<br>
<br>"if he succeeds, others will come...it will be a slaughter"
And apparently a career as a corporate lawer in Charlotte. For real check his Wikipedia page.
Steve Fisher...
Mark Few is in the negatives... Really shows that recently they have been struggling in the tournament after being the darling of the dance for quite a few years.

In 2005 when WVA was in Cleveland they went nuts against Chris Pau'l's Wake Forest. His squads have a knack for being freaking epic when the upset special is on. How about Duke?
