Ann Arbor Radio Shows

I was wondering if anyone knew of any radio shows in Ann Arbor hosted at local bars or restaurants that are open to the public. Would be cool to drink and listen to some Michigan football talk.

I knew of one at Bill's Beer Garden but don't see any details for that anymore. Also am not sure of the details for the Pizza House events. If you could post time and place of any that you have heard of that would be greatly appreciated!

In addition to the coaches show at Pizza House, I know that Mike Spath from WTKA has mentioned that Devin Gardner does a film review live at a bar once a week in Royal Oak, and once a week in Ann Arbor.  I dont remember the exact details though, I sure someone can chime in.

The Monday after Thanksgiving will be a sort of dual Harbaugh/Beilein show. Last Harbaugh and first Coach B. show. Harbaugh has been a no-show all season for his show, just calling in and assistant coaches and players are there in person.

For my money, Coach B's show is far superior for the simple reason that he gets it. At every commercial break, he gets up and walks the room, stopping at every single table to say Hi and thanks. He talks like a regular guy on the show, not just coach-speak. It's really a great time. Some times, Kim Barnes-Arico or one of her assistants shows up and talks about the women's team after Coach B is done. I'm a fan of both these coaches as they are friendly, engaging and really give some straight talk about the team and the game.

Jamie Morris does a show at the Black Rock occasionally. Can’t listen to the show very often so I don’t have very good details. But I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to follow up on that.
