Papa Kante is ranked like 93 or 108, but my general impression from the blog* is that we wanted him more than Zayden High who was ranked 48. Is that right? Did we want him more because we thought we could get him or was he preferred?
*I sometimes skip the basketball recruiting updates, but do read 1/3 to 1/2 of them.

Matt has said that high level bigs are important to recruit well since they are more rare than say a 6'4" wing who can shoot, especially in Juwan's system. Kante is a valuable player to get. He's 6'10"ish, extremely mobile, and his skill set has been progressing well since we first started seeing clips of him.
