I thought defense was dead? Last nights NFL game was 13-10 and this one was 10-3. I guess they didn't get the memo.

"Bad offense is a choice."
Both of these teams chose to play bad offense.

Washington had the same problem this year we did. Lots of ball control but had issues in the red zone. The offensive line had problems at times and Jake Browning was inconsistent with his accuracy. He even got pulled during the Cal game. They're lucky they were in a weak league and division.

Hey, we were in a weak league and division too!
Um, except for that one team.
How did that go? I can't remember.

I'm shocked how Jake has regressed. 2 years ago they rolled up 70 at Oregon.

My observations - somewhat influenced by a few Steel Reserves (8+ ABV)
1. Washington has a fundamental strong D. DB is a fine coach but maybe too stubborn that we didn't find a way to adapt BEFORE the OSU game to their crossing patterns. I liked how UW DC was ready and really shut down Utah.
2. What happened to Jake Browning of 2016? He was shaky tonight.
3. Miles Gaskin could really GASH OSU - hidden danger.
4. Hoping Okie wins vs. Texas and bummed OSU squad drops to Wash and RB.
5. Washington can beat OSU 24-20 if they (OSU) are unmotivated.
6. Just win our F-ing Bowl Game!
