'Michigan stock' on Gameday

Submitted by MGoTarHeel on
Herb just bought 30 shares of "Michigan undefeated stock" and Desmond bought 21 in ESPN's stock-buying, "play on the economic collapse" college football segment. I have absolutely no idea how stock translates into real confidence (I'm putting the exchange rate at 1 share:8 oz of Mgokoolaid), but I just thought it was interesting. I always am interested to see how it plays out with Herb and Desmond talking about the Wolverines. How about you? How much Michigan stock are you buying? If you had 100 shares to put on 4 undefeated teams, how would you buy?

Agree with Desmond on Cincinnati. They are still valued low and they have a fairly easy schedule. I don't know enough about them, so I'm not sure I go in as much as Desmond (55 of his one hundred shares to take (sub parenthesis - that's a weird way to discuss how you take stock, by buyer shares available)). The only one of tricks that I'm not sure I take is Florida. It's valued pretty high comparatively. I'm not sure if I take Alabama in it's place either though, if I was to stick with an SEC team. Perhaps Arkansas. Won't probably pay out as much, but the rise should be profitable.

From a high return, low expectation standpoint, I agree with them on Cinci. I think they have a great schedule looking ahead and could run the table in the Big East. I also give Miami a good look as well. I could be drinking the South Florida kool-aid but their offense is clicking for the first time in several years. I also like Nebraska even with their one loss last week. I am not saying they make the championship but I think they will be much improved from last year.
