Was there any doubt? BGSU has been very poor in most phases of the game, and Michigan has really been playing well the past 6 weeks.
Just trying to help fire up the readers of the thread. Thanks to mfan_in_ohio's excellent hockey preview threads and Yost Built, I'm well informed as to BGSU's inability to score enough goals to win hockey games. I just wanted to add my own personal BKFinest-style prediction to the thread.
Ferris State at Western (2-1 Western End 2nd)

If there's anything I enjoy more than watching the Dallas Cowboys suffer, it's beating Ohio teams at the collegiate or professional level. Never gets old.

I am sensing a date with Miami in the finals next weekend.
I want revenge for that series that almost sent us over the edge and of course for the tourney game last year.
ND has struggled with LSSU both nights, while the Redhawks are exploding like we are.
I am looking forward to seeing them again.

So, do we want an LSSU team that just beat ND or Western/Ferris?
I think my top choice would be Ferris, followed by LSSU and then Western.
Bottom line, Michigan has no excuse for not making the finals.

Personally wouldn't want to see Ferris. Pat Nagle who is Ferris' goalie was 1st Team CCHA and up for Player of the Year. Has unreal stats and wouldn't want to run into a hot goalie in a One Game Playoff.
