Yeah, I'd imagine this was Harbaugh greeting Baxter at the airport when he moved here from CA.  It'd be a little weird if Harbaugh accompanies his assistant coaches to the airport to get a "Boarding the plane!!!" photo right before a recruiting trip.

Maybe this plane is used for recruiting, but it might have just been an Operation: Harbaugh Staff kind of deal.

A quick check of the FAA Registry indicates that the aircraft's registration number (N886EM) is reserved rather than active.  Reserved by something called "DCCO AVIATION LLC " based in Canton, MI.

I hope Coach Harbaugh's not flying on an unregistered aircraft.  More likely is that Jim is just posing in front of a currently parked aircraft, before he hops on another one at the same airport.

Its his Dad's, Jeff Cappo's, plane. Its his long commuter from California to Michigan. They have several car dealerships in California.

Jeff's a big supporter of Michigan athletics and both his kids went to Michigan.

...which makes it all the more interesting because a quick check of the FAA's registry shows what you said - DCCO Aviation, LLC in Canton. The address in the registry, however, is on Michigan Avenue and - unless I miss my guess (because I shopped for a car here once) - is exactly where Victory Toyota is, near a strip mall with an Old Navy and a Target in it.

I give it 48 hours before the Michigan Athletic Department blocks this plane's flight tracking in light of this thread like they did with the other plane.

What's creepy is Harbaugh wearing khakis with NO PLEATS!

And just when I thought he was going to turn the football program around...

Or are those jeans? I can't tell. Can you pleat jeans?
