like I said on twitter: that was almost as intense as Iowa NIT games

Pretty simple: Trey wore his ass down.
by how whiny Tom Izzo seemed in the post game presser. Sure he's upset, but be more classy than that!
It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine
See his comment about Michigan at the 7:45 mark. Similar game to last night, but--oddly enough--Izzo doesn't behave like he did postgame last night. Huh.

Every man at some point is gonna lose a battle. He's gonna fight and he's gonna lose. But what makes him a man, is that in the midst of that battle he does not lose himself. This game is not over, this battle is not over. So let's hear it .
Izzo knows how to be disingenuous. It's been a long time since he faced this sort of adversity and with the recruiting classes Belein is pulling that light at the end of the tunnel in East Lansing looks a lot like the train.

Nice job on the quick upload - much appreciated. Will be worth it just to keep replaying Izzo's face.
Postgame speech, at the 1:16 mark, coach asks the team, "What's the definition of fun?"... and they all respond together - it's something that they're taught.... but for the life of me, I can figure out what they are saying.
Help?

I think they say "doing something well....something (together, maybe?)"
Damn, that closing of the Postgame speech rocks.
Minute 1:28
If my son played college ball, I'd want him to play for that coach. What a tight team-building, sincere and somewhat humble closing speech. It's not even about the win or anything. It's about doing it the right way. And the knowledge that doing it the right way, together, brings the win. Class.

Novak's lucky that Green's putback tip at the end didn't fall. He didn't box out at all after the initial shot went up.
"There was a time I could have been mistaken for Burt Reynolds. I had a moustache and so did he. But he was the number one star in the world, so there wasn't really much confusion."
he's the most elated guy on the court when it doesn't go down. Study a game, you see lots of situations like that, including from the best players. Hardaway had two particularly awful stretches where he barely defended on the fast break. . .
Hard to be on for a full 38 minutes, maybe one reason that this team has their lapses.
When Denard is happy, I am happy.
Disgruntled former moderator. I got a lot of problems with you people!
Then it's time to write your congressperson about SOPA.

Seriously, Boyz, fine work as always.
Check 1:18:55 (full game video) for the last few Beilein dance moves! I hope another angle captured all of his audition...please post the gif if you find that gem.

I was struck by Appling's lack of urgency on Stu's game winning lay-up. Appling had enough time to even the odds on the 2 on 1 situation with Burke passing to Stu for the winner, but Appling did not even appear to contemplate bustin' ass to take away the easy pass to Stu. It's the difference between winning and losing.
