UPDATE: Venue Change - Three Upcoming MGoEvents
Reposting because there's an important UPDATE:
We are moving FOOTBALL EVE (still 7pm Aug 28) to The Circ Bar at 210 S. First Street (next to the Blind Pig), which was recently renovated and is gorgeous. Unfortunately our original venue ran into a snag with their opening, but we'll get in there soon.
The three events:
- Chicago Alumni Club Kickoff Event with MGoBlog & Charles Matthews. TOMORROW, Aug 22, at Joy District, Chicago
- Football Eve. Wednesday, August 28, 7pm at The Circ Bar. First round on Matt Demorest of HomeSure Lending.
- MGoRadio at the Bo Store wsg John U. Bacon. Live podcast Friday, August 30, 5pm at The Bo Store.

FOOTBALL EVE: Wednesday, Aug 28 in Ann Arbor
One of these people is buying you beer because two of their wives said get out in 2015.
Where: UPDATED: THE CIRC BAR (https://www.thecircbar.com/) on 1st street (right by the Blind Pig).
When: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, Aug 28
What: Our annual kickoff event, going back to the Wednesday before Harbaugh's first game as head coach, when Matt Demorest of HomeSure Lending and I were both told to take our jittery selves out of the house and impromptu invited other MGoBloggers to join us. Matt is buying the first round.
This means I'm going to have to beg another bar to carry Perrin, who saw this post and reached out and is going to start sponsoring us, which is the greatest development since the old men responsible for the Penn State 2013 game plan were all made to go other places.

In contrast to places like Ashley's or Hop Cat, the Circ doesn't list any prices for beer or cocktails, which probably means you're going to be paying a premium for the ambience of that really nice looking rooftop deck.
