Jeff Tambellini Interview in the Winnipeg Sun
When asked about going to college to play hockey:
"SUN: Why did you take the college route?
JT: I figured you’d hopefully make the NHL at 22, and if I could do with a degree in my back pocket, then why not?
SUN: What did you get?
JT: A sports management degree from the University of Michigan. So that was great. I wasn’t a 6-foot-2 guy coming into the Western Hockey League at 15, either, so it gave me a few more years to develop and it worked out great."

Tambellini was a great Wolverine and an outstanding spokesman for our University.
Thanks Jeff for being a class act. You are indeed a Michigan Man.

And he's a heck of a hockey exec.
