The rest of the 4-stars are out on Rivals...

..and unless there are some late additions that haven't gone through yet, none of our other commits got the 4-star treatment.

Conway will get a 4th star during his senior season.  His measurables, skills and work ethic are just too good not to be in the 4-star category.

I'm not conceited enough to think that anybody besides Michigan-obsessed people with very boring lives read my blog, let alone puts any stock in what is said there.

But it's fun for me in the meantime.

put a lot of stock in your opinion.  I was being faceitious of course regarding your opinion affecting what the rivals people say.  But I do value your opinion.

I think you should do a "if I had my druthers" series with more position groups.  I'd love to see which potential recruits you think would be the best fit for our program.  Sammy Watkins vs. Ja'Juan Story for instance or whether or not Dee Hart would be at the top of your RB list.

Also, there may be a lot of Michigan-obsessed people on here but I bet many lives are far from boring.  I know I have a lot of fun in real life haha

I think stars have more to do with who's recruiting the athlete then the athelete themselves.  For example; if Florida, USC, or OSU is not recruiting that individual then there's no chance in hell that the athelete in question will ever be a five star recruit.  I'm sure Rock and Conway will be superb atheletes and we should continue to recruit more like them, but since they're not in the America's Next Top NCAA Hollywood Prototype spotlight (Of which only 5 BCS schools subscribe to) we'll never see 4 or 5 stars next to their names.

Although I agree with your assessment that you won't be a 5-star without a lot of big time offers, I don't think anyone was expecting Rock or Conway to be 5-stars.  You can be a 4-star without having Florida or USC offers.  Conway committed before he was really on anyone's radar, so he probably won't have a big time offer list, and Rock had an ND offer, that's nothing to scoff at.  I think there is an argument for both.

with senior seasons to be played, camps, etc...   We should end up with another solid class..  This staff has done an excellent job recruiting so far IMO.
