Caris and Nik reunited in Brooklyn
Stauskas is the other part of a deal sending Jahlil Okafor to the Nets for Trevor Booker and picks. He hasn't gotten to play much this season, perhaps this changes since he'll be going to a team with every reason to play as many guys as possible.

You know, as cool as this news is, I just want you to know that this song will now be in my head all evening.
So, for that, thanks, I guess.
In all seriousness though, nice to see teammates in Ann Arbor become teammates once again.

Just so you get all the words right....

FYI, Herb had a whole lot of Peaches!
(Seriously, this one was like Peaches #4. He basically changed the lady named "Peaches" every album. He's now like 80 still singing with a Peaches who is about 23.)

Have you been watching Behind the music or Unsung?

If it was Linda Greene, then allegedly Peaches #3.
Learned a lot from the Wikipedia page. Thanks for the procrastination topic for the work day.

Cool to see them back together. Hopefully Nik can get his shooting touch back a bit and earn some playing time.

Tough to see him go, but I do think it is beneficial for both sides.

Maybe they can trade that scrub PG they have now and sign Trey Burke.
December 7th, 2017 at 7:26 PM ^
yea...Trey would be a downgrade.
Maybe they should reach out to McGary while they're at it for some energy off the bench.

For as much recent success Michigan basketball has had the last 5-6+ years, it hasn't really translated to any superstars in the NBA. Tim Hardaway Jr. is arguably the best NBA player among them, but otherwise a string of journeymen: Nik Stauskas, Mitch McGary, Caris LeVert, Trey Burke...
Why though?

At the very least, I thought there would be at least some consistent starters in that group.
Trey Burke went from winning the Naismith to playing in the D-League/G-League currently.

He has only gotten in during garbage time of a few games. Bucks have a lot of lengthy athletic players who can play so DJ has some work to do to break into that rotation.
