Live coverage from Jourdan Lewis trial
Dallasnew.com sports day reporter Mike Persak is in the courtroom tweeting live updates from the trial. I've been following it periodically.
Of note, the girlfriend appeared to get mad when Jourdan's attorney pointed out that she had changed her story multiple times.
The girlfriend's mother gave testimony that seemed to back up Jourdan's version of some of the events.
The police recall pillows being "thrown" not used as weapons or "mushing" her against the wall, as she now claims, and there being no physical marks on her.
Ann Arbor police are currently testifying.

Also not a lawyer, but from the way the testimony has unfolded how does the prosecutor justify taking this to a trial? I'm not being snarky or victim-blaming, but she woke him up to argue and was physical with him first, and he left the apartment without her suffering any injuries. Now her story has changed too.... It just doesn't make sense that this case is even being heard.
Jury found him Not Guilty on both counts.
Anyone have an honest recap of what took place in court?
