When I was in the ARMY ROTC at UofM, we'd do PT all the time at Dearborn and run around the oval and the paths in the woods around Henry Ford's mansion. How I wish a platoon of cadets would come across this person and vanquish that person's need to be a shitbag.

In NC recently and made national news--probably a copy cat but someone that's needs a father to catch and physically punish the Bozo(s)....The reports now cover 10+ states....this is not funny.

Just issue an archery tag for clown season . I'm in.
Wouldn't that be great conversation piece (clown head) hanging on the wall?

Why is everyone even afraid?  People are allowed to dress as clowns and there haven't been any stories that I've heard about any clown causing harm to anyone.  Just clowns in strange places.

The fear in society is so great that a panic has begun about people dressing as clowns in weird places and not hurting anyone.  WTF?

Out here near Seattle some people were dressing as clowns around a school. Then the same people sent a text to student and threatened to harm him. Turned out to be students that were the clowns. People are trying to act like they're in "The Purge".

Some grown men need to form a group and confront these "clowns" and put an end to this goofiness.

Yup.  Lots of memories are coming back now.  My time was split between the ELB, CIS and SB.  I should go visit this year and drop in on Prof. Maxim.

I think the clowns are jealous that computer science majors get to park in the parking structure and clown majors take classes at CASL.

My 15 yr old daughter is terrified of these clown reports. She recently asked if she could have a bigger car so if she had to run one over it would do more damage. But if no bigger car could she have a gun in her car? Srsly, wtf kid?

Someone in a clown mask actually robbed the Walgreens at Telegraph and West Road in Brownstown Township, not terribly far from my house - that was yesterday. This morning, two men - one in a clown mask, the other in a pumpkin mask - robbed two hotels in Livonia. Apparently, the clowns wish to make themselves known through creating fear and disorder.

Rough day at UM-Dearborn... this just was sent:

SECURITY BULLETIN
October 6, 2016

The University of Michigan-Dearborn Police Department received notification of illegal phone activity called “spoofing”. “Spoofing” means that a person uses a software program to make it appear they are dialing from a telephone number different than the real number they are using.

The subject can program any number, including those registered to UM-Dearborn. You may not be able to tell right away if an incoming call is “spoofed”. “Spoofing” is often used as part of an attempt to trick someone into giving away valuable personal information.

I wonder if "the call was coming from inside the house"
