It seems to me that a school like Arizona would have a tremendous amount to gain from these camps - They do not have a fertile recruiting ground but are within an earshot of SoCal and to a lesser extent Texas, so it makes complete sense for RichRod to advocate for these a great deal. Additionally, RichRod's Florida connections and his offense would play well in FL based sattelite camps.

So no, not friend - but definitely a benefit for RichRod if this gets overturned.

The guy is an athletic director at a major university.  He has to be reasonably intelligent.  And yet, guys like him continue to say stuff like:

"I think (satellite camps are) forcing your institution and camp to move all around the country.  In reality, how many of those kids are really coming to your school?"

Can we just get one reporter, one time to call one of these guys out for such an illogical and false statement.  They're all saying the same thing.  It can't be hard.  There are a dozen SEC coaches and ADs who will repeat this guy's thoughts near verbatim.

Please, just ask one of them why they think they would be "forced" to voluntarily start holding multiple satellite camps if they see no value in having them.

Maybe it's just Dick Rod's belief that satellite camps are a good thing and his opinion on the matter has nothing specifically to do with MICHIGAN.

Frankly, the dude has had microphones shoved in his face and questions about MICHIGAN since the day he left and he's always been reasonable and above board.
