Starting early today with some Lagunitas Imperial Stout. To be followed with chicken nachos, Netflix and... Seriously though, it has been an awesome week in Michigan athletics, let's celebrate our new AD and new recruits!

No Hopslam down here in Georgia yet, but I was able to pick up two pretty rare GA beers today and enjoyed them both tonight! First was Creature Comforts (from Athens, GA) Brettomatic, which is their Automatic APA aged with Brettanomyces. The citra hops faded perfectly in aging to the earthy funk of the brett. Great, balanced beer. Somewhere between a 3.75 and 4 out of 5. 

The next up was Burnt Hickory's Double Barrel Killdozer American Barleywine. By far the best American Barleywine I've ever had, and the extra time in the bourbon barrels did wonders to this beer. World class beer. 4.5/5. 

Now I'm just sipping on a Pilsner Urquell, a great refreshing beer.
