Prolly Motha, too
You know there's a lot of pissed off people who spent tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands?) to watch that snooze fest. If boxing wasn't already on death's doorstep before this, it is now.
You guys are sayin it was boring, and if I watched real boxing before I'd probably agree. But I didnt know what was goin on, I had a few drinks, and made a few friends so I thought it was some good shit.
in Manny's performance, although I certainly didn't think he would win. Novices are blasting Floyd for being boring, but I think that it was Pacquiao that was boring as he lacked his usual aggression (apparently had injured shoulder + he is old). Felt like Floyd was trying to get Manny to be aggressive so he could use his counter punches, but Manny was very selective about throwing flurries and didnt take the risks necessary to have any chance of breaking through Floyd's defenses. For Manny to win this fight he should have thrown a lot more punches than Floyd, but he ended up throwing less, very surprised by that.
Golovkin said he would move to 154 to fight Mayweather. Man I would love to see that fight! Odds are 'Money' is too scared of him to make it happen
would likely be a really good fight. No way Floyd would agree to fight someone of Golovkin's ability at a higher weight though. Probably will be a Cotto rematch again, maybe a younger guy like Thurman gets a shot. I don't think Floyd is looking for any real challenge with his last fight.

That said, the bar full of mexicans thought it sucked too.
Was Mayweather going to come out any other way? Did we expect him to square off and go punch for punch to see who's chin was stronger? May not have been as entertaining as many wanted (or expected?), but we all should have known what was coming if he controlled the fight.
