OSU hires RB coach Tony Alford from ND
Ohio State hired Notre Dame RB coach Tony Alford to replace Stan Drayton who left for the Bears RB job. Not sure how this affects Mike Weber but a good hire by OSU. Alford was ND's best recruiter (especially in Florida). Urban Meyer has now poached 3 assistants from Brian Kelly's ND staff since being hired at OSU in 2011. Notre Dame and Brian Kelly have now lost their 2 best recruiters this month.

Completely agree. The system is the system... accept the facts and move on. More interesting is the Roquan Smith story...
